Aman is a veteran telecom operations leader with over 22 years of experience in optical fiber network planning, engineering, and infrastructure maintenance. As the State O&M Head for the BharatNet 3 Project in Uttar Pradesh, he oversees the operation and maintenance of a 1,700+ km fiber network, ensuring seamless connectivity, minimal downtime, and robust service delivery across the region.
His career spans strategic roles at Tata Communications, Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd., and other leading telecom players, where he managed NLD backbone networks, FTTX deployments, and SDH/DWDM transmission systems. His expertise covers end-to-end network planning, vendor coordination, ROW management, and real-time fault resolution across mission-critical infrastructure.
Aman has successfully led network builds and maintenance using technologies from Alcatel, Huawei, NEC, and Tejas, across high-demand corridors in Delhi, Gurgaon, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. His commitment to operational excellence and precision engineering has earned him industry accolades such as the Extra Mile Award, Blue Ribbon Award, and R&R Award.
An Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering graduate, Aman is a cornerstone of G-Tech Infrastructure’s digital connectivity mission - driving high network uptime, cost-effective operations, and digital inclusion across rural and urban Uttar Pradesh.
